• The game folder you are talking about is in Program Files (x86) folder.
  It will be in Electronic Arts Games if you have the disk version , or Origin Games if you have digital Download. I'm not sure if they are in the folders with Games in the title or the folder without games in the title. I'm using my phone and can't check.

  Thank you for your reply! My Program Files is missing then. I've checked everywhere in my Electronic Arts folder, Sims 3 Folder and still nothing.

  Thank you so so much! I found the Program files folder! Any reason why my game would be glitchy??
• Try taking your Sims 3 folder from My Documents / Electronic Arts
  Move that sims 3 folder to your desktop. Don't lose it as it has all of your saved games and downloaded content. But game problems are often caused by something in that folder being corrupt.
  Once you have moved the folder to your desktop You will have no Sims 3 folder in your Documents / Electronic Arts folder
  Then Launch a new game. It will make a fresh Sims 3 folder but the new folder won't have all your saves and content in it.
  See if the game is still glitchy.
  If not then you know your problem is something in the folder you moved to your desktop.
  If it is then it could be your computer or the files installed in the Program Files folders.
